Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country. If these are collected at checkout, you won't be charged again on delivery. Otherwise, they are payable by the recipient.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel is delayed or tracking stops updating, email us at athentiq@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Orders not delivered within 40 days of purchase are refunded in full. See our Refund Policy.
